Jason Findling

Jason was born and raised in Mequon, Wisconsin. He went to Homestead High School, University of Colorado at Boulder, and Marquette University Law School.

In law school, Jason centered his studies and internships around criminal law and trial practice. He worked as a criminal law clerk for a private criminal defense firm, assisting with white collar and high-profile criminal defense. In his third year, he was accepted into the Public Defender Legal Clinic, where he was able to get a jump start on his criminal defense career and began litigating criminal cases before even graduating from law school.

Prior to joining the firm, Jason spent four years at the Milwaukee Public Defender’s Office, practicing at the felony trial-level. He has handled a wide variety of criminal cases, from misdemeanor theft to homicide. While at the public defender’s office, he was widely recognized as a vigorous trial attorney and spent most of his time preparing for and conducting complex trial and motion issues. Although he has handled a variety of cases, Jason specializes in drug defense, including Possession with Intent to Distribute, Possession with Intent to Manufacture, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking House, and simple possession of drugs/narcotics. Jason has a specialized knowledge in Fourth Amendment rights and has been fighting for people’s rights since he started practicing law. Jason has suppressed virtually all types of evidence, whether it be cocaine, fentanyl, firearms, or a Mirandized statement, he takes great pride in suppressing evidence that has been unlawfully obtained.

Jason is known as a passionate, creative, and zealous advocate for his clients, who are frequently facing serious felony charges that carry decades in prison. He has had numerous jury trials and obtained acquittals for dozens of his clients. Jason is an aggressive litigator and respected advocate in the criminal justice system. Regardless of the situation, Jason uses his experience and litigation skills to secure favorable results for his clients.
